Brent Luvaas is Associate Professor of Anthropology at Drexel University.

A cultural and visual anthropologist focusing on urban style and street photography, he is the author, most recently, of Street Style: An Ethnography of Fashion Blogging and DIY Style: Fashion, Music, and Global Digital Cultures. He is also the blogger behind Urban Fieldnotes. Follow his current project on digital street photographers on Instagram at @streetanthropology.
